One of the most well-known universities in Canada and a top-tier university globally- McGill University is one of the earliest universities in Montreal, Canada. The largest percentage of any Canadian research university, approximately 30% of McGill’s student body is made up of international students from more than 150 different countries. The school is known for offering research opportunities, teaching possibilities, facilities, technological requirements, and scholarly pursuits of the highest order.

  • Applicants will be considered for admission on the final Class XII Certificate (if the exam is already written) or Class X Board exam, school transcripts for Grades 10, 11, and mid-year 12 (if not written).
  • Applicants are reviewed on a minimum of four (4) academic courses.
  • Courses of an applied/vocational/technical nature are not accepted. This includes (but is not limited to) subjects such as Dance, Home Science, Legal Studies, Painting, and Physical Education.
  • The minimum requirements are overall averages and prerequisite subject requirements normally between 75% to 85%, on in-progress grades and depending on the program applied Higher results are usually expected when final Class XII results are presented.
  • Certain conditions as prerequisites to specific courses.
  • According to the university, 91% of the graduates received placement within 3 months of graduation and 35% of employed graduates received a signing bonus.
